Amuwo Odofin Cultural Day Holds in Lagos



In line with Federal Government directives to promote Nigeria’s cultural heritage and diversity,the member of the house of representative representing Amuwo Odofin Federal Constituency at the national assembly in Abuja, Hon Ogene Egoh recently took time out to work in that regard.
Hon Ogene Egoh and  members of his party organized a cultural day event in Amuwo Odofin Festac Town Lagos,where the heritage of the Yoruba’s was celebrated with pop and glam.
From cultural masquerade displays, to dance from different groups of mainly the Awori stock in Lagos,culture was at its best during the celebration and the amiable honorable disclosed to the press that his tenure as member of the house of representatives will continue to promote the rich cultural values and heritage of his constituency,amidst many other dividends of democracy being enjoyed by his people.
On ground to grace the occasion were members of the Peoples Democratic Party from the Lagos state office and as well as the Local Government
.The good people of Amuwo Odofin came out in mass to add color to the ground breaking ocassion.
